Bloodwork results CD 18 Mood

Cycle Day 18 today. Bloodwork taken yesterday indicates that I have not ovulated on my own yet..........@#*^! Im tracking my fluids as well as my temperature. Temp dipped over the past 3 days and has not risen yet indicating post ovulation. Fluids were perfect for the past 2 days, seems a little less than optimal today. DH and I have BD every day for the past 6 days. Will continue until next wednesday when repeating bloodwork. Feeling frustrated and a little bit deflated.
