Iam a young 68 years old. I have neurofibromatosis, NF1 for short. A neurological disorder. For more info you can go to ctf.org to learn about it. I have a 42 year old daughter whois in denial about her NF1.

Close Neurofibromatosis
My kids were DX with NF when they were 5 and 6. I did not know I had NF until then. Now my daughter is 42, has a leg the size of an elephant, but has lived with it for so long she does not think she has a prob. Her only interest is myspace and her music. She can not get insurance, and when I applied for State Aid, she hid the forms that came in the mail. Now it may be too late to get help for her
