I just need to focus on my self harm and trying to put a stop to that. …

- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- It's working at the moment, the physically effects of cold turkey have passed its just making sure i stay sober now

I have been a self harmer for four, coming up to five years now and i would like to stop.

- Talking Somewhat Helpful
- I talk in depth with my fiance but its hard to explain to someone you love how your really feeling.
