      Type: Clinical (Major) Depression

      I have suffered from depression off and on for the past 12 years or so. It gets worse sometimes, and that's when I take medication to help. The last time I was this bad was 4 years ago. I just started new medication yesterday for the first time in 4 years.

      Treatments

      Positive Thinking Considering
      Why not?
      Prozac Not Working
      I was in high school when I used this. I'm not sure it helped.
      Psychotherapy Considering
      Writing Working / Worked
      I think this will help.
      Zoloft Working / Worked
      It worked, but the sexual side effects were not good. Ended up stopping this med for that reason.
