hi i am abit new to all this, i have been waiting for ivf treatment but was told i needed to lose weight, after 6 months of dieting and exercise i was 6lbs heavier than i started lol, i went to docs who said i have pcos and to do some research at home. the doctor wont prescribe me metformin. i joined this hoping to make some friends and talk to people who understand.
