- It didnt Really work for me it just made me want to smoke more than before. i was smokeing half a pack to a pack before i tried them and afterwards it made me want to smoke all the time i was smoking a pack to a pack to two a day.

- Trying to do the whole mind over matter thing but its hard when everyone around me smokes.

- I walk everywhere but sometimes it feels like it aint working. then i got to put on a pair of jeans and they have gotten bigger on me and i realize just cause it isnt changing on the scale doesnt mean it isnt changing. Muscule weighs more than fat.
