   Holiday stress seems to bring them on dosent it...sigh...i had tried to get everything ready ahead of time to avoid it..but have been seizing all day as well.. recover soon my friend...take some short naps throughout the day..and relax... treat yourself to some lavender...it helps to relax..andything lavender...smile...except bath bubbles of course...grin..
