About Me
I am a 44 year old personal trainer. I have been married for 2 and half years to the most patient and loving man in the world. We are both parents to 3 dogs and are hoping to add children to our family soon.
Interests
Spending time with friends and family as much as possible. Helping others through exercise and nutrition. Mentoring young adults in the personal training profession and other personal and professional advice as needed.

Do it!!!!! It's no big deal//not painful! and it really improves your circulation thats how I think it helped me being older/smoker, it also keeps harmful things from attaching to eggs...b/c your blood flows much faster!! Good luck sweetie!! When is your FET? you just never know//I truly think that this was the only good egg in the bunch>(donor had 31 eggs/but they kept anything over 20)BUT TRY everything they recommend!!I'll be thinking about you!!!HUGS #3 IS THE CHARM!

I would love to say that was what did the trick...but the truth is I had a young donor(the YOUNGER the better...22yrs)and I was pretty healthy, and they were very confused as to why the eggs weren't even implanting?! 1 fresh 2eggs/1FET 2eggs and nothing..so they did a lot of tests and they all came back fine!! So, my RE said she had no idea why BUT I could try IVIG! (fresh blood antibodies/IV $2000.-and levenox $ 300 a week/w/no inc..and pray...(since I was out of eggs) so we put back remaining 3 in and one took...they have just told me to stop levenox! So...NO-ONE really knows...When are you trying again? I wish you lots of luck/I think maybe the levenox helped me a little, I was a smoker...Hugs
