  Best to you.... hopefully you can already see that you are not alone! My heart aches for you going thru this at such a young age! But being younger has it's advantages.... you can lose weight faster, have more stamina, get a grip on this and not let it become your lifelong struggle! I believe you can do it! Now it's up to you to believe it....

  Here is a Saturday Hug. Please consider going to a 12th Step Program, Overeaters Anonymous or Al Anon. You may question why Al Anon. I suggest this program because we ALL QUALIFY. Blessings of PEACE!
