Just called pharmacy to ask about Ambien..........they basically said to "take 1 ambien pill for 4-5 days, then half pill 4-5 days, then half pill every other day. Everybody's body is different so there is not one thing to do for insomnia. Sorry! " AHHHHHHHHHHH
