Close Smoking Addiction & Recovery
I have tried to quit smoking for over 1 year now. I hit the 31 day mark and blow all the efforts I've put in. I've tried the patch and cold turkey. What do I have to do to be successful?
Treatments
- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- worked for about 30 days. Got really depressed.
- Nicotine Patch Somewhat Helpful
- worked for about a week or 2 here and there. Became really irritable
