Close Depression
Im 25 and everything in my life is pretty good. For some reason i've been feeling depress and its killing me day by day. This depression is making me nerves worried scared sleepy etc. I tried every thing except MEDS. So im just looking for answers and some help.

- Positive Thinking Too Soon to Tell
- thinking of dancing spending time with my girlfriend. But then the depression takes over so fast...
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- when im around my girlfriend i feel free from depression. My mind is worried free cause i am at peace with her. when i leave her i can stand strong but not for long.
- Writing Somewhat Helpful
- writing occupies my thoughts and feelings thats all then when im done it all coems back.
- Dancing Working / Worked
- dancing works me out and im thinking constantly of dance not things that depress me
