Close Narcolepsy

4 years ago I lost a job because I kept falling asleep a the computer, and while driving. Then it went away. Now approx. 3 1/2 years later, its back. I'm an administrative assistant. Spend alot of time on PC. In December I started seeing a large sparkly C in front of my eyes, takes up my whole field of vision. Eye specialist says there's nothing wrong w/my eyes. Now again I fall asleep when at PC. One sec I'm awake, next I'm waking up! Hysterectomy 4 yrs ago,using hormone patches.
