Close Circumcision

Circumcised about 4 years ago as an adult because of tight foreskin. Circumcision went OK, loss some of the sensitivity from foreskin as expected but to this day still have painful sensitivity where skin was sewn. This is only a problem on the left side of penis, where skin appears to not have been sewn as close to the head on the shaft. I cringe when wearing swim trunks and penis touches the material. Vaginal sex is fine but contact by mouth or hand on that area is uncomfortable.
