When not suffering from anxiety and panic I am an outgoing fun person. I love all animals, grew up on a horse farm in Kentucky and love my UK Wildcats. I am married and have four dogs, who are my kids.
College Basketball, music, scary movies, shopping on victorias secret they have the best clothes.

I was diagnosed w/ PTSD and severe anxiety years ago. I have been through CB therapy and been taking zoloft on and off for years. This is my first time joining a support group.
I have suffered on and off with anxiety and panic attacks for about 6 years.
