      Thanks. I really did not get that burst of energy. I just did stuff I probably should not have. I am hoping for a better weekend. I felt yucky going into the infusion so I will not expect miracles.

      Hi Thank you for welcoming me...I am new to all this. I inquired about tysabri as I will be trying it sometime soon as they told me my MS is getting worse and the copaxone is not working...I have been thru a windworld of stress in the last five yrs and it all ended with the dx of MS....I am so happy to find the site and learn from it....Thank You for the hug needed it...I look forward to offer my support to others...fondly chibella

      Type: Relapsing-remitting MS

      Treatments

      Betaseron Working / Worked
      Used for 3 years. Worked very quickly & very well at first, not so well at end of three years.
      Prednisone Working / Worked
      Did opral prednisone instead of IV. Improved when started but as soon as stopped worsened again. Just waited this time for improvemen to occur naturally.
      Solumedrol Working / Worked
      Helped immediately when started but when stopped with tail off Predisone sx worsened. Then did extra tail off & sx stayed better
      Tysabri Working / Worked
      Jus began. 10/2008. Very Effective.

      Currently on disability from MS. My retirement savings years were cut short. Not sure how much economic crisis will hurt those already at bottom of barrel. See so much news on it. It's scary!
