My son and my husband own and operate a small business together. In the past my husband has been the manager - as he has a physical disability which limits the amount of physical labour he can do. When my son was younger her did much of the labour and left the decision making to his dad. Now, however, my son is an adult, he is a better business man, a better manager and is running the business very well. My husband is resentful, instead of grateful as I think he should be, and it is creating a lot of friction between all of us.
