Running for 25 minutes everyday on the treadmill.
I've been working out everyday and taking my vitamins....I usually work out everyday anyway, but now I really up'd my time on the treadmill....work out is as follows:
40 min on treadmill
15 min on Bike
10 Min on cross training cardio machine
I try to work out for at least an hour everyday...I bulked up a while back with muscle sooo I've been trying to just focus on cardio for a while to lose fat :)
