Everything is going well so far today, but I am somewhat perplexed. As I am sitting here eating my raw veggies with light dip (as I do everyday) I am wondering how in the hell fat is not just MELTING off my body when you consider the fact that I work 6-7 days a week for at least an hour and eat super healthy (around 1,500 calories, under 60 grams of fat and under30-40 grams of carbs)......I just don't get it, it's like nothing will make my body lose weight....I'm not losing motivation or getting pissed, I am just really confused. I feel as if my body should be in an expirment.....or maybe I just don't notice that I am losing weight ( I measure, I don't weigh myself) HMMMMMM...WELL, I guess we'll just see how the next 3 weeks go...
Have quite the Peachy day :) except for the fact that my nose is really stuffy and I feel like I need to sneeze all the time.
I went to the gym before work and did 20 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the bike, and 15 minutes on this gazelle thingy.
so far I've eaten a protein bar, mixed nuts, raw veggies with lite ranch, and a sugar free pudding. Been drinking diet green tea and coffee too.....
