Close High Blood Pressure
I have been to two Dr.'s who have both told me that I will be on Blood Pressure meds for the rest of my life. I mentioned exercise and diet changes and both told me that it wouldn't matter. I resorted to a homeopathic Dr. I have been going to her for almost 8 months and I'm no different than when I started. I am off prescription meds but my blood pressure runs 130-140/88. I dieted and lost about 12 lbs. and am walking daily. Can anyone tell me if there is anything out there herbal that will help me?
Treatments
- Lisinopril Not Working
- It did not control my BP and I had a facial rash 247. I did not feel well at all.
