    • Close Anxiety

      My story varies. The plot is solid but the chapters that fill voids each day vary. It could be a very good day, or one filled with memories, future, or present events. If you need help i am always willing to discuss things.

      Treatments

      Breathing Exercises Somewhat Helpful
      I use these when i feel sick from anxiety. They help me mentally and give me something to consentrate on. However if i focus on breathing too much it makes it worse.
      Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
      This helps to keep me going, but it isn't always easy to dig out the happy things in times of saddness.
    • Close Abstinence & Celibacy

      My boyfriend and I have known each other for a very long time and have been dating for 3 years. We have recently chosen to be Abstinent soley for the fear of pregnancy.

    • Open Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

      I'd rather not get into it right now

    • Open Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

      I have had OCD my entire life. i generally have a fear of germs, my body has to be balanced in pressure, i have to do things or touch things a certain number of times in a certain number of places.i also have breathing issues and weird feelings.

    • Open Diets & Weight Maintenance

      Dancing Working / Worked
      It made me feel more fit and healthy, just generally better about myself. My dance group was also very fun however and not strict on weight at all.
      Eat Less Working / Worked
      I just try not to gorge myself...but still eat.
      Physical Exercise Working / Worked
