I used to be a fun loving person with a cheerful outlook on life. I always felt that my energtic spirit was both my strength and weakness. In any case, all that has gone away in the daily caregiving of an extremely negative, volatile, uncooperative elderly woman who happens to be my mother in law. She lives with us, refusing to go to "one of those places" and makes our life miserable from sun up to sun down. I need some help to get my spirit back and to be able to be a better helper in the situation.
