Oh God, if they only KNEW, they wouldn't mock you.

They mock what they don't understand, fear that You won't be real.

If they KNEW: how You created them just so. That You looked at them and Your heart raced with love and excitement. How You looked at them and said that they were perfect. That You knew their days and loved them just the same. How You leap and dance when they look Your way. How each one is Your favourite, Your cherished child. How Your heart longs for the one who has turned away. That You are waiting for them, You're there, no matter what!

That if they just cried out Your name, You would embrace them. You'd hold them on Your chest and rock them. Comfort them as they cry. You'd whisper in their ear, how much You love them. You'd pick them up and rescue them.  You'd heal them.

Oh Father, I love you! I love you! I love you! I love you...

I'd have nothing if I didn't have You.

You know me. You know my heart. You know my needs. My life is in Your hands!

You are in control!

You always want the best for me... I don't always know what that is.

Sometimes I start to feel like Job- what else can go wrong in my life?

But then You show me that every trial has brought blessings.

Every obstacle, a testimony.

Every disease, a building of faith- for You have delivered me from ALL of it.

God, You are so Mighty!

I know now who I am in You- my identity is built in You- through good and bad times.

You've never left me out to dry- there has always been purpose.

I always said that my life would have been worth living, had I taught just one person a lesson...

and You made me a teacher. Father, I love Your sense of humour!

God open their hearts to You. Let them feel Your presence, see Your face, hear Your voice! For those at a crossroads, I pray for direction- to Your cross, to Your heart! God it's life or death! Let them chose You (life)!

I will labour for my family, for my friends, for my students. For oppurtunity to share Your Word! To share the Freedom. To share the Truth! God shine in me. Lead me, that I may live your Word. That my actions will speak of You when my mouth cannot.  Father...
