 half a cup of oatmeal, with cinniman, and spenda brown sugar. and one cup of unsweetened soy milk

 

snack

one pickled egg

 

lunch, 6 oz ham, with half a cup of rice, and a cukecumber

 

snack

one and a half cups of soy milk

 

dinner

 

chicken with lettuce, and celery
