My husband died on January 14th, 2008 after 10 1/2 months battle with lung cancer. In November, it was discovered that the cancer had masticised to his brain. I just kept being optimistic, I wouldn't even let him talk negative about it. He was going to beat it, that's all. He died 8 days before my 49th birthday, we were only married 2 years and 2 months. I have 3 grown daughters and 1 step-daughter (who is just like her Dad).
Right now? I have none. They all died on January 14th.

I have been a widow for 6 months. My husband died from lung cancer. From the time he found out he had cancer till his death was just short of 11 months. We had only been married for 2 years, the best 2 years of my life. After both of us having been divorced, we found in each other comfort and peace and great happiness. Now he is gone and I'm LOST, totally lost.
