Well 3 plants are now in the ground, with 2 more and several bushes to go! The flowers will definitely make me happy! :D

Thanks for your support and kind words. I'm thinking when the fog lifts from my brain I'll be able to think about reinventing something. Stronger, yes, I suppose. Certainly not in a physical sense. But my mother used to say, "set in your ways". Guess it's all in perspective! Hope you are having a good day.

Way to go! NYC, Broadway, and a nice restaurant... that's being taking the initiative! Without looking back at your past journals, I seem to remember your daughter's bf cooking for your husbands 50th, or something like that. What a nice thing for him to do. But I can see where you wouldn't want to impose. I'd feel the same way. When it comes to celebrations around here, I'd rather go to a nice restaurant than all the prep and pain with doing something here at home. So I'm happy for you knowing you'll be making plans for NYC. Any ideas as to what play you'll see?

Thank you for stopping by to check up on me. I'm doing fine given the circumstances...time heals all wounds, some a little longer than others. I had my nephews the past 48 hours (my brother and SIL went to Myrtle Beach for a quick getaway with another couple) and they've kept me quite busy. Thanks for all your concerned followups...they mean a lot to me...:)

How's things going for you today? Keeping your pain level down I hope?
