avid reader, traveler, and old movie buff. enjoy my pets and other animals. been in the work force for many years. not much family just a few distant relatives and my mother.
Interests
reading many genres, old movies( preferably pre 1960 or there abouts!) love the old musicals and comedies( e.g. Auntie Mame for example) walk for health purposes but finding it is something i now look forward to. needlepoint - many types of items- gifts, pillows, framed items, door hangers, ornaments. travel, enjoy traveling just about any where. i know there is something funny, interesting, educational or just amusing in any place! wish i could do more. i write a bit as well.

I am going to get the sleep clinic doctor to prescribe me a litebook to help me with SAD symptoms. Hope it works. I agree the moods are quite negative right now and the depression is creeping into my mind and body...I use to like the winter time when I was young but now I am quite older and health issues arise too. Hope you are okay and cozy warm too.

Close Diabetes Type 2
recently been diagnosed with Diabetes II and attempting to cope with the big life changes occuring. i am seeking support through knowledge and encouragement from those who have similiar circumstances
Treatments
- Metformin Working / Worked
- I just started this drug in june too early to tell.
- Atenolol Working / Worked
- diagnosed with HBP in 2005. placed on Diovan HCT at that time this was added in 2006 after a nasty fall occured where i injured my leg and ankle which caused the HBP to jump. still on it but feel it could be removed from the drug regime now as the diovan was and has been working well.
- Diovan HCT Working / Worked
- HBP since 2005 working well.
