About Me
Married christian mom of three (daughter 20, and two sons 8 and 5). Husband is manager of the family business (my father's business) and I'm a Mary Kay Independent Beauty consultant. I'm very family focused. I want to help my mom and dad, and I find it hard to help as much as I want to because my boys are both young and very active.

Support Groups
Close Dementia
My father has multi-infarct dementia and I'm looking for support for me and looking to others to tell me how I can support my mother through this difficult time.
Treatments
- Aricept Working / Worked
- It seemed to help dad a lot. He was sleeping less talking more fluently. However he may have had another stroke... well... he did... we just didnt get it verified but we can see enough evidence of it. So at the moment we are waiting for the dust to clear from that.
Close Bereavement
Type: Loss of a ParentDad died September 2nd. Funeral is the 13th. He had dementia but ultimately died of a heart attack we think.
Treatments
- Crying Somewhat Helpful
- yes... the more I have cried the less I will cry tomorrow.
- Getting Angry Not Working
- A little misdirected. :( Feel bad.

- Not sure if it is helping or holding me in the pain.
