cant find the words to write really. im new to all this. have depression and an anxiety disorder. on prozac again recently . have history of depression from years back. im married and have 2 boys and spend lots of time at home. hope i can think of somthing better to write and will update soon

Close Anxiety
have recently been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and depression. i have suffered this in my past before but have not taken medication for approx 6yrs. i feel shame because i find life hard to cope with at times. i worry if i haven;t something to worry about. daft!
Treatments
- Prozac Somewhat Helpful
- stomach acid is a side effect and i feel a bit flat but hope that will settle down

have had depression in the past, approx 6 yr ago. was on med for about 7yr on and off. have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder. on prozac 6 weeks

- Prozac Somewhat Helpful
- side effects for me is stomach acid
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- have not really told my family as i feel shame. told a friend.
