Yes, optimism is key! :-) I have a doc's appt. this afternoon and then my monthly support group, which I look forward to. I had an appt. with my personal trainer at the gym this morning and I'm so glad I did. A moderate exercise program will help fight the fatigue. Not much work getting done today, but first things first, right? I hope you are feeling well, also. Hugs, Camille

Thanks for the flowers. My headache has gone away and I feel fine now. I guess it was related to the shot. My next shot is Sunday night and if it happens again I will request a pain reliever as it was the worst headache I've ever had! Sunday I'm going to try Advil instead of Tylenol--they told me I can take either as long as it's under 2000 mg per day. Wish me luck! :-) Hugs, Camille

Thanks for your kind support. It's now Wednesday and I got my first shot on Monday. I'm a little bit achy but nothing bad. When I first got up this morning I was a bit nauseous and had to go back and lie down, but now I'm OK and sitting at my desk. So far so good. :-) Keep me posted on your progress. Hugs, Camille

hi--i have hep c & next year will be starting on interferon next year-just going through the process of tests and what-not. Had my biopsy which wasn't half as bad as I expected.Now just the waiting.Have been told I need to see psychiatrist but still waiting....
