Exercise:

Walked 2 miles 

 

Lunch:

Bowl of bran flakes w/ 2% milk

1 cup of coffee w/ dry creamer, cinn. & splenda

 

Snack:

Carrot

 

Dinner:

2 Sm. grilled pork chops, gr. beans, 2 carrots & tomatoe slices

 

Snack:

1 cup of green tea

 

Snack:

Lite popcorn

1 cup diet hot cocoa w/ fat free cool whip

 

Exercise:

Walked 2 more miles
