Close Accidents

MY son (6yrs old) and I where driver in are little Nissan Sentra .GOING north-bond .We then came to a stop .Then turned right slowly as we were in a area with a lot of people .Vehicles going east and wast south and coming from the north .PLUS there was people east and west with some jaywalking across the street. after making a right turn i seen kids playing and going off the sidewalk next to the street .SO i slowed down to a stop lasting about 2 seconds than after seeing it was safe to go forward ,I continued to go east ,and only needed to go 75 feet untill we needed to stop .SO we were going east bond when suddenly this huge school cash into the back of are little Nissan Sentra ,had the hit been a little harder my 6yr old son setting in the back would have been killed.
