WOW. I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH CUSS.

  I KNEW IT WAS ALOT BUT GEEZ.

 Its crazy,  I'd luv to say I'm cuss free, but I'm FAR from it.

  I've toned it downed & even invented a few new words in the process of catching myself about to slip one out., but I so have a long way to go.

 this goal is progressing rather nicely. I no longer cuss every other word in my casual conversations , mainly when I get upset is when I slip-up & during the telling of a joke.

 Other then that I am happy to report, I am pleased with my progress. I am certain the jar will continue to fill up just not as such a fast-pace. We may not need the Water Jug after all.

 I wouldnt feel right moving the GOal marker this week. I don't think I did so well. If u read AN entry I wrote on the 29th I believe you'll understand why.

  All the cussing I have not been doing came flying out this week boy.  It was like a flood levy holding back my  bad-words gave way & busted..

 I wasn't to concerned with the jar at all this week. I was going through some rough emotions  & would've probally thrown the damn jar had I approched.

 i'm just gonna toss in $10 and call it even. (even though it was more like $150) we'll go with $10 .. besides when u cuss in a foriegn lanugage its half price & ive got a GERMAN step mama & a PUERTO RICAN mama in-law who have taught me alot along the way..

 With the 6th of August right around the corner I've decided to cut myself a little slack.. I've got bigger fish to fry this week . I can resume the penalties when I'm feeling a bit more positive & friendly.
