Hi Mark; like you I lost my wife of 38 years last year in March. I know what you are going through. I know it is overwhelming. All that is very normal when you are grieving. Join a local support group; check with the catholic churches in your area. They usually have groups of grieving people meeting once a week. I have been to a couple of them and found them to be very supportive. Only the people like us will understand what we go through. That is not going to ease your pain but give you a chance to share your grief with others making it possible for you to carry on. YOU JUST MUST GO THROUGH IT MY FRIEND, JUST LIKE THE REST OF US. I AM WITH YOU
los my wife of 30 years on march 30 2008 after an 8 month battle with lukemia, and my grief is overwhelming me.
