Was 195 for a period, down to around 180 these days, want to get down to at least 175, 165 is my ideal weight.
Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- Slowly loosing weight. Always eaten healthyish.
- Eat Less Not Working
- I always eat more when I eat. What I've been trying, and I'm not sure if it will work, is only eating when I'm hungry. I wouldn't consider that portion controll.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- If I'm not loosing weight, I'm at least loosing body fat.
Open Transgender
Trans lesbian. Born with a male body, looking for surgery, should happen relatively soon. It may be just over a year. Don't really believe the "disorder" aspect, but it gets us funding.
