      I have had a problem with depression for the last 7 years. Men money and plain ol life. You think it I have been depressed about it. I started to keep a journal. Not an everyday thing but it seems to help while my tears flow. It feels like when I write down the problems I have with life the book allows me to say what I want without a rebuttal without a disagreement or even a weird look.
