      LA Weight Loss Somewhat Helpful
      It's great if you can commit and you have the money. You have to pay a premium and still buy their products for the diet to work!
      Physical Exercise Considering
      I'm sure working out along with eating right will do the trick. I think it's the most natural and efficient thing to do!
      Slim-Fast Somewhat Helpful
      It helps, but its rather hard to stay full while being on it. They have diet plans on their website that are helpful. I personally couldn't commit to it at the time.
      South Beach Diet Somewhat Helpful
      It's great if you keep up with it. It's just hard for me to stick to something when I love my carbs.

      I use Yasmin to help control my periods. It works wonderfully. I have lighter, more consistent periods than I did when I wasn't using the pill.

      Eating Healthier Foods Considering
      It's something I want to do but I love my carbs sooooooo much.
      Eat Less Considering
      It's natural to eat small meals. It helps your body get the nourishment and retain health. More people should eat smaller meals 5 times a day instead of big meals 2-3 times a day.
      Herbalife Somewhat Helpful
      I used the pills for a very short amount of time so I have no real experience with it.
      LA Weight Loss Somewhat Helpful
      Too much money for what you can do on your own. They say it's cheap but you have to buy their snacks - they're not cheap either!
      Physical Exercise Considering
      It's old-fashioned and it works!! :D
      Slim-Fast Somewhat Helpful
      It helps as a supplement but not a true diet. The shakes leave rather hungry. I suppose they have diets online for you to use...but I have a problem following them.
