is feeling Bad
I'm 47 yrs. old, married, I have a grown married daughter, a grandson and another on the way in Feb. I work in a GI doctors office. There's alot I want to change things in my life. One being to lose more weight (about 70 more lbs.) and quit smoking. That's for starters.
I like watching baseball. Go Phillis. Playing games on the computer. Having my grandson over. Not in this order tho.

Hope your feeling better & doing ok
Thinking of you in regards to Saturday...have you read any old posts on changing up your routines? I would do that NOW, both you and hubby...for instance if you drink a cup of coffee first thing in the am with that 1st smoke, have that cup of coffee and come to DS instead, don't smoke for at least 30 minutes....if you generally lite up while on the phone, start making your calls inside...if you smoke in the car DON'T...these changes will make it much easier for you once the real quit beigins! BEST WISHES AND KEEP COMING BACK!
Good luck on Sat. I think you will do fine. Its not as scary as you may think. My husband & I tried to quit together...needless to say it did not work out that way. I actually quit first then he quit when I was past the icky stages. We may have ended in a divorce lol. Good luck to you both!!
