Hey there, sorry i didn,t reply yesterday i was at the hospital undergoing a battery of test,s for my upcoming surgery on 14th aug,i,m doing my best to try not to think about what,s coming up and i,m trying to keep myself busy,so fingers crossed i,m gonna try and remain upbeat,as you already know it,s bloody hard when you,ve got something like that looming over your head. Hey there, Thank you for such a kind message,sadly things aren,t going well at the mo,i,ve been given a date for the court case and it cetainally doesn,t help because the 22nd september is the date my sister died,so i know i,m gonna be very emotional,i,ll be honest i really don,t know how the hell i,m gonna be able to stand up in front of total strangers and tell them what happened to me,even the thought scares me,in a way i,m still a victim and the memory of what they did to me will never change,it is literally seared into my brain. Hope your doing better than me? take care love shaz x

Hey there,I totally understand how you feel,i too have lost alot of my independance,so i have no choise but to rely on those around me,it leaves me very frustrated because i used to be able to do simple things like cut a branch, peel a potato,now i,m a very frustrated person who on many occations have felt like ending it,it,s hard to remain positive when your body is wreacked with pain,my love hugs and prayers go out to you.love shaz x
