i am back, i am slow right now but i am working on being the ms. aerobics again...maybe even more. healthy, happy, motivated and ready to move moutains. no more fibromyaligia, carpatunnel, sciatica, depression, displaced femur, tennis elbow, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety. you know what did it. watching people take advantage of me.

Hey there, sorry i didn,t reply yesterday i was at the hospital undergoing a battery of test,s for my upcoming surgery on 14th aug,i,m doing my best to try not to think about what,s coming up and i,m trying to keep myself busy,so fingers crossed i,m gonna try and remain upbeat,as you already know it,s bloody hard when you,ve got something like that looming over your head. I hope your week has been ok and i hope you have a good weekend,i,ll look you up when i,m online later take care shaz x

after multiple accidents, chronic fatigue syndrome, broken femur, and failed surguries, everyone has left and given up on me. they don't even want to hear from me. i could never imagine being alone like this.
