    i'm a twenty year old girl who has Borderline personality disorder and anxity and self harm issues too. i live with my fiance in a house in bucknghamsire. I hate it as i am originally from manchetser and that is where my friends are. I have been in prison and hospital for the last 10 months

      I've self harmed since i was 12 and i recently tryed to stop but failed 3 months in

      Rubber Bands Somewhat Helpful
      i was given rubber bands in prison as a preventative
      Squeezing Ice Working / Worked
      i was given ice in prison and it worked for me
