Order your next shots in 2 weeks. I always have a couple of extra on hand. With winter weather, insurance authorizations, and problems with the mail, they've been late with my shots more than once. I always have at least 4 in my fridge as a cushion and I'm completely honest about having backup when talking to my insurance company. Just have some extra so instead of totally relying on others, you have some control over the matter. Otherwise it can be extremely frustrating.

- fatigue, head aches, cramps, small blisters on hands and feet,angry,emotional,dizzy,a fizzy feeling, cramps,itchy,dry skin.
