Close Hypothyroidism

Lots of questions... Aged a lot over the past 2 years, thinning hair, weight gain, ired, dry skin, anxiety and depression. I attributed it to grief due to a stillborn child, but doctor just told me my thyrois T3 level was low .72 adn my cholesterol is 270. Not sure if Hypo is the problem Searched google, but not much in the way of answers
