A big hug I know how hard it can be when you first hear your results the fear that can set in, but dont worry its no onger the death sentence that it used to be with all the new medication out there and your life span can be that of someoen who is negative so dont owrry you will see the kids grow up. keep safe keep strong and give me a shout sometime

my husband had what seemed like genital warts, i booked us into the sexual health clinic we both had tests & went away thinking nothing of it. On friday the 13 june 08 i was told i have contracted HIV and on monday 16 june it was confirmed. My husband has it to. we are in the very early stages. i know that i passed it to my husband,dealing with guilt is very difficult. I havent spoken to any one else living with HIV only profesional people so i would like to hear from anyone in my situation.
my husband has 5 kids off his x-wife, the oldest is 15yr old girl,she is violent, dificult with challenging behaviour,but an angel when she gets her own way.
