Close Sexual Abuse

i have recently found out my three children have been subjected to sexual abuse, by a close family member. my children are very young they are all very hurt, angry and confussed. i feel like my life has been ripped apart and are so very heart broken by this. i feel useless as i dont know what to do, say or who i can turn to for help. i feel very much alone.

i have tryed to talk but its very painfull and the person i have spoke to does not understand what any of us is going through
