Oo, i take it in the gel capsule form so i don't have to actually taste the oil. I remember i had a teaspoon of cod liver oil once and i damn near threw up all over the place.

Open Fibromyalgia
I was just recently diagnosed. It is a pain in the ass. I have been taking anti-depressants, I recently have started on Vitamin D. High doses of Vitamin D have shown some promise.
