You can do it. I know you can. I have the same problem. I like to snack but working all day, I sit on my b u t t ! Having to stay with my Dad it's kinda hard to get up the will do walk up and down my stairs or pace in my room. but YOU are doing Awesome! I know you'll be clothes shopping in no time!! When you get to the grill, I'd like some Kabobs please. LOL
~is in agreement with moonfyre~ you can do it, your a strong person and you can overcome anything, you've just got to try to stay positive.. just remember it takes a while for our bodies to settle into their new lifestyle and your body will throw a bit of a strop because of the change, but I know your will is strong and besides you've done great today, great job on the exercise I'm so proud of you xxxx
good evening!
very nice job on your blog and progress reports.
thanks for the info on Judith Beck's book. I think I will check that out. Aaron Beck has a nice book called "Feeling Good". Some might call it elementary but I found it nicely done. Another low carb approach is Atkins, if you haven't done so aleady. LOL
you definatly can do it. from what i have read so far you seem to be a very strong person. it is good to get out of the house sometimes. i know that when i am in the house for too long i become obsessed with what i can eat next. having an "off" day is normal but you really didn't do bad. you did the exercise and that is great. i don't know if you've ever watched the biggest loser but they say to chew gum when you feel you need something in your mouth. i have never tried it before but maybe it could work. just trying to help!!
