Well, I have been waiting on pins and needles since we met with our lawyers last Tuesday, for Saturday's meeting, where we talk money.  I just talked to my Lawyer, and instead, my husband and his Lawyer will me that day, and come to a number for an offer for settlement.  Then, my lawyer and his lawyer are going to negotiate between the two of them, (and of course check final numbers with us) and have the settlement amount agreed upon before we meet again, hopefully on Tuesday.  So, this is not really bad news at all, it's actually good news.  I have a much better chance at a good settlement offer, if my stbx and I are really no part of the real negotiations.  He has huge money issues, and he's letting take the kids out of state, and for that, there is a price, meaning, I get less.  We'll see what the going rate is for 2 kids are these days....

Kind of sick that he would do it that way, but whatever.  So, Tuesday if we can meet with a number already, then we just sign paperwork, and set a court date, all in all taking a week or two and we're DONE! YEAHHHHHH!  So, I just have to keep sending out positive affermations, that it will be that way, and we will be taken care of.  And it will!
