    i have a 6 month and 3 weeks old baby, my 4th child. I love to exercise and dance when baby is asleep to be healthy and strong considering I am already 44 years ols and I still got an infant to take care of.

      My baby whines too and I discovered that she will stop whining if I gve her the pacifier. helps me a lot. and then I give her toys to keep hr busy. babies get easily bored swhen they have nothing to play with. I put her in her walker for 30 - 45 minutes depending on her mood and when she gets tired she falls asleep easily.
