most of my anxiety comes from disagreements with the ones i love.my two girls and my partner.if there is any kind of problem,or if someone is upset with me i become very anxious with physical side effects that usually last into the next day.i also become very depressed.i'm a holistic practioner so i try to stay away from meds.i try other ways to help myself through natural remedies such as reflexology, aromatherapy, ect...it does work.my cats always make me smile
